"YOU'RE NOT SMART ENOUGH!"
"YOU'RE WASTING YOUR TIME!"
Thoughts like this would creep into my mind as I'd work day and night "learning" from tutorials.
I had grit and work ethic...but the anxiety of studying for 6 months and STILL not being able to code was getting to me...
It was the fall of 2018.
I was broke, I was alone, and I was confused...
The success of becoming a payed Software Engineer felt like a pipe dream...
I needed help, but my pride kept me stuck...
That's when I realized that my pride was really fear... I was afraid of getting help because I'd have to admit that I couldn't do it on my own.
But my back was against the wall...
The pressure to succeed was REAL.
Either I kept moving forward and got the help that I needed.
Or I quit and returned to a life of perpetual poverty polishing glasses as a Bar-back...
I couldn't bare a future where I grieved the death of my vision to become a coder...
That's when I swallowed my pride and on the brink of collapse reached out for help!!
I connected with my mastermind at the time and met my mentor, an active Software Engineer.
That decision changed my life for ever.
Just WEEKS prior to meeting him I was ready to throw in the towel.
But his guidance breathed new life into my spirit.
After a couple weeks of his dedicated attention...
I FINALLY BROKE THROUGH TUTORIAL HELL.
Accordingly, as my coding skills began to mature, I realized why so many new guys get caught in Tutorial Hell.
A large majority of tutorials on the internet, whether on YouTube, or on a payed platform are focused on teaching you what a technology (programming language, framework, library etc.) can do...
However, they are not designed to teach you how to code!
You read that right, coding tutorials are not designed to teach you how to code!
Understanding this subtle difference is nearly impossible when you are a hungry newbie attempting to self teach.
If you make the grave mistake of believing that a tutorial will teach how to code, as a self taught student, you will needlessly add months if not years to your journey of becoming a professional coder.
Ask me how I know ;)
When I was finally able to code on my own, I realized just how pivotal this knowledge was to the rest of my journey.
You see, being able to code on your own is the foundation for everything you do in your career as a Software Engineer.
That means that the stronger your skills are, the more valuable you are to the market, and the more valuable you are to market, the more money you can earn.
I don't want to see you give up.
I've walked the same path you're on right now...
That's why I've dedicated my very own blood, sweat and tears to building this course... Breaking Out of Tutorial Hell
This course is the outcome of thousands of hours of learning to code on my own, it's the mastered and evolved strategy that my mentor taught me years ago.
Accordingly, to get this information that I'm giving you, I had to overcome getting rejected from over 1100+ employers that essentially said I wasn't good enough to code for their company...
BUT THAT'S NOT ALL!
In the 22 months that it took me to become a professional Software Engineer...
I went broke...
I was fired and quit several jobs...
I lived in the Nevada desert and slept on a floor mattress...
I damaged relationships with my family...
I was alone and faced homelessness...
Despite the challenges and the REAL threat to my wellbeing... I always sucked it up and got back to work, maybe a bit teary eyed at times, but I needed to break through...
I needed to be here today to show you that it's possible.
I needed to be here and tell you that if you're reading this, and relate to my story, the likely hood is that you're a hard worker and all you need is a little guidance...
If this is you, I can get you coding on your own in as little as a week.
Yes one week.
Now let me be frank with you...
If you're lazy, poorly driven, and are looking for someone to babysit you to success click away now.
I can't do much for you and I rather just not waste each others time.
My course is designed for young men out there that live and die on the grindstone.
Now if you've continued reading here is an additional truth bomb for you.
Being able to code is just the first, all be it most important, step in getting payed as a coder.
You'll soon realize that marketing yourself as a Software Engineer, especially being an outsider to the industry will be just as hard if not harder than learning how to code.
This is the part in your journey where you get really familiar with rejection ;)
However, you can't securely market yourself as Software Engineer IF YOU CAN'T CODE.
I need to get you unstuck of tutorial hell so you can move to the next step of your journey!
Otherwise, you'll be finished at the starting gate... I've seen it nearly hundreds of times at this point... so much potential... just shot dead because of the mess and confusion related to tutorial hell.
Now, I'll pipe up and ask you one simple question...
